Kaitlin was THE reason my wedding went so smoothly. She was organized, attentive, and so helpful. Kaitlin made sure I was comfortable with all my vendors, and even attended some of the meetings to help give her professional opinion. On the day of the wedding, Kaitlin took care of everything, from greeting the vendors, making sure my vision was replicated, and even helping me remember to eat. I am so grateful for Kaitlin and highly recommend her!

Kaitlin is the perfect balance of no-nonsense efficiency and pleasantly sweet personality! I’m the mother of the bride and I was able to be “present and in the moment” all day. She was on top of every detail, everywhere always and yet quietly in the background. I did not have to speak to any vendors the entire day; the caterer tried to ask me a question and I confidently shooed her away to find and ask Kaitlin. The perfect summary of the entire day is how it ended: I was lingering with a few remaining family when she approached me smiling, handed me my car fob (which she kept track of all day) and said “Your car is pulled up, gifts are loaded, motor is running, a/c is on, parking brake is set. Drive safely!” Wonderfully efficient! Thank you Kaitlin!

I cannot say enough great things about Kaitlin and KM Weddings. My fiancé and I were originally supposed to get married in April and then Covid happened. Kaitlin was my rock throughout the rescheduling process and helped me during the “what are we going to do?” moments. She handled all the communications with the vendors to make sure they were available for the new date and got all new contracts from them. I didn’t have to communicate with anyone, she made the whole process so easy. Who knew that rescheduling an entire wedding (that was three weeks away) would be so easy! This is solely because Kaitlin is so good at her job. From the very beginning we always felt like we had her full attention, every text, every email was always responded to within minutes. Every answer to every text was always something along the lines of, “Sure, I’ll handle that for you.” On the day of the wedding she was an absolute rockstar. My flowers didn’t show up how I expected and she had the florists paint them right then and there, and even ordered new flowers from a nearby shop for a backup. She was constantly making sure herself that things were exactly how we wanted them. Our wedding would not have been the same without Kaitlin’s help and the whole process wouldn’t have been so stress free. Kaitlin and KM Weddings is a MUST for your next wedding/event. I know I won’t plan an event moving forward without her.

As the father of the bride, and the budget conscious one, I asked my daughter and wife, why do we need a wedding planner? I had no clue what I was talking about! Kaitlin made my daughter’s wedding day an amazing experience and I was blown away by all she did for my daughter, our family and the entire wedding party! HIRE KAITLIN!! I promise I am not being dramatic when I say my wedding could not have happened without her. As someone who doesn't like to make decisions and has a "yeah sure whatever works" mindset, Kaitlin was my knight in shining armor. She stayed on top of EVERYTHING, and was always so helpful reminding me what I needed to do throughout the wedding planning process. We hired Kaitlin for month of coordination and I would do it one million times over. She was always so kind and efficient during our pre-wedding meetings and helped my now husband and I as well as our families feel as calm as we could while planning our wedding. She took care of things I wouldn't have even thought of and was super quick at getting back to us and getting everything done. On our wedding day, Kaitlin was such a calming and encouraging presence and if anything went wrong, I still have no idea to this day. With Kaitlin there I didn't feel any stress because I trusted she was taking care of everything, and she did! She was there from beginning to end managing all of our vendors, keeping everyone on track, and making sure we had a beautiful day. I truly cannot recommend Kaitlin enough. As a former client of hers and a current wedding photographer with lots of experience working with planners and coordinators, you can't do better than Kaitlin, I'm serious!!

Kaitlin was phenomenal, she made sure every detail was taken care of and thought of all the things I would have never remembered. Kaitlin knew what I needed before I even know what I needed! As a Covid bride, I was full of stress before Kaitlin. Once we reset our date and I spoke to all my vendors but the previous planner I had for maybe a month couldn’t do my new date. I was so heart broken that I avoided wedding stuff for a few weeks. When I realized our new date was for sure going to happen, I was grateful enough to find Kaitlin!! She handled everything for me from then on when it came to communication between the vendors! She kept checking in as our day got closer to see how we were doing. Apparently, on the day of, we had a bridesmaid dress issue she fixed without me knowing until the my bridesmaid told me what happened after the ceremony and a groomsmen needed to be replaced the day of and I had no idea until the actual ceremony!! Whole wedding party and all the family and guests gave compliments all night about how friendly and on-top of everything she was! During the wedding, she always made sure my husband and I were ok and asked if we needed anything. Vendors also appreciated the communication she had with them.
